While exercise and good nutrition are important to your health, it may not be the best answer for your weight loss goals. At Back 2 Real Food we specialize in creating customized weight loss plans to get to the true cause of most weight problems which is METABOLISM .
If you have a slow metabolism it can be hard to lose weight, even if you eat and exercise perfectly.
If you are unsure if you have a fast or slow metabolism, this will be discussed during your consultation to help shed light if this is the real problem.
Whether its the last 10 lbs or the first 100 lbs you want help losing, we are the perfect place for you to get answers and results.

What to expect at your initial consultation.
A member of our team will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your weight loss goals, health history, and explain how our wellness program works.
If you are a local and coming into the office, we will also perform a body composition at your consultation to measure body fat and visceral fat. If you are a remote client or opting to meet virtually, we will demonstrate a sample of this information and how to be able to measure it on your own. You have the option of choosing to do the consultation either in-person or over Zoom and the appointment will take 45 minutes – one hour typically.
We invite you to either bring with you to the office (or have with you over Zoom) anyone that might be helping you to make health decisions or other decisions regarding this plan so we can answer everyone’s questions live at that time.
